Personal skills development

 Personal skills development areas 1. Editing video in Premiere Pro I can do this by collecting video footage and starting short video projects to edit. Cutting clips, adding visual effects and continuity editing. 2. Editing sound Editing video sound on Premiere Pro, improving the quality, cancelling white noise and creating an even volume in video. 3. Using Foley I could use Foley in a video project by recording sound effect separately after filming to make the sound more effective and of better quality, rather than using camera audio. 4. Improving editing on Photoshop/ Illustrator I could improve my editing skills by creating branding and logos

Company that connects groups of young, diverse creative people with industry professionals to create innovative video content/ video production.  Case study- Vidoo  Vidoo’s mission and vision statements are hard to identify but some areas of their website include text such as:  ‘We work with brands to help them connect with new audiences…’ ‘We're passionate about making innovative and visually compelling content that will really engage the audience and get people talking.’ Their website depicts their brand identity as striving to create the best content for brands to connect with and engage their audiences. This links to their production values and their process of working with brands. The website also works on depicting the company as the best choice and promising clients of a positive experience and service.  Eye Film branding analysis Based on Eye Film’s website, their brand identity is based around telling the truth and depicting ‘real people’s stories’. This gives a more personal and human feel to the company. Their web design has a black and white design which gives a clean look and adds attention to the display of their video production and creative content. The homepage displays a showreel and stills from some of their most recent and successful work which has similar colo9ur grading and lighting, this gives a professional look to the website and makes their work more attractive. They also include logos of big names that they have worked with such as BBC One and Leighton Park. Eye film logo is a simple white background with black text. The simple name makes it easier for clients to remember and creates a small, readable logo on their social media.  ART Touches ART branding analysis Their website depicts them as a modern, innovative company based in London. Most of their website is visual, with showreels and displays of their video production work. ‘London and Beyond’ is one of the first headers on the main page of their website, depicting their company as being ambitious with their future and success. The brand identity depicted on their website is simple, with their main colours being black and white. This colour scheme could have been used to not take attention away from their works their videos are the focus on the website homepage.
