Most customers enjoy travelling and exploring other cultures as well as enjoying nightlife. This explains their interest in the company because of the diversity and creative and cultural inspiration in the productions.

All customers are active on social media, mostly explaining where they found the company and helps them understand relevant trends and public/ customer interests. This mainly includes Instagram and YouTube. They also enjoy reading news and magazines to stay up to date about news from around the globe.

A lot of customers share similar values to the company including innovation, progression and accessibility. My customers generally want to work towards a better society, and this explains why a lot of them shop at charity/ second-hand stores and Fairtrade/ sustainable/ local businesses.
